Locking a Device
Complete the following steps to lock a device:
1. Go to MDM > Devices.
2. Click the iOS or Android icon.
3. Select one or more devices.
4. Select Lock.
 | If a passcode has been specified on the device, a user must enter the passcode to unlock the device. |
